Delivery policy

Everything we deliver is digital. Nothing is posted or shipped.

Where it’s delivered

• The data warehouse is built in your own Google Cloud account.
• Dashboards open in your own reporting tool, such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI, or in a browser, for the people you choose.
• Claude connects to your data through a link your team adds to its own Claude.
• Alerts arrive in the tools your team already uses, such as Slack.

When

• Your quote says what you’ll get and when.
• Hourly work is delivered as we agree it, with a timesheet showing what was done.

How you know it’s ready

We tell you by email, or in your Slack, when each piece is ready and how to use it, and we can go through it on a call.
